Here, you won’t find pre-cut meat wrapped in foam trays — each item is trimmed to your exacting specifications.

Master butcher Ricardo Bosich hails from Uruguay, where cows outnumber people more than 3 to 1 and the beef is all-natural, grass-fed, and free-range. He took over Gordon & Alperin – a century-old business – in 1997, and has since been delighting customers with his expert knife skills, his home cooking, and his meat’s superb quality.
